Daily Dose Tracker

Log your peptide doses, track vial usage, and stay on protocol. All data stays on your device.

The Daily Dose Tracker is a free browser-based tool for logging peptide injections and monitoring your dosing protocol. Enter your compound, vial size, bacteriostatic water volume, dose in micrograms, and injection frequency — the tracker calculates exactly how many units to draw on an insulin syringe, how many doses each vial provides, and how many vials your full protocol requires.

Use it to track BPC-157, TB-500, semaglutide, tirzepatide, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, HGH, HCG, or any injectable compound. Stack multiple peptides side by side, log each dose with a single tap, and view your complete injection history on the built-in calendar. The tracker warns you when a vial is running low so you know when to reorder.

All data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage — no account, no server, no sign-up. Export a JSON backup anytime to transfer data between devices. Add this page to your phone's home screen for quick daily access.

Frequently Asked Questions

Enter your compound name, vial size in milligrams, bacteriostatic water volume, dose in micrograms, and how many times per day you inject. The tracker calculates the exact number of insulin syringe units per dose, how many doses each vial provides, how many vials your protocol needs, and your protocol end date. Tap "Log Dose" each time you inject to record it.
Yes. All data is stored in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server, no account is required, and no one else can access your dose history. You can export a JSON backup file at any time or clear all data from the Data Management section.
Yes. Add as many protocols as you need — for example, BPC-157 and TB-500 for a healing stack, or semaglutide alongside ipamorelin and CJC-1295. Each compound gets its own card with independent vial tracking, dose logging, and progress monitoring.
The tracker calculates how many doses each vial provides based on your concentration and dose amount. As you log doses, it tracks which vial number you're on and how many doses remain. When you have 3 or fewer days of supply left, a reorder warning appears so you can purchase your next vial before running out.
Yes. The tracker is fully responsive and works on any device with a web browser — iPhone, Android, iPad, or desktop. For quick daily access, add dosagetools.com/tracker to your phone's home screen. On iOS, tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen." On Android, tap the browser menu and select "Add to Home Screen."
Scroll to the Data Management section and click "Export Backup" to download a JSON file containing all your protocols and dose history. To restore on another device, click "Import Backup" and select your file. This is also useful for keeping a local backup before clearing your browser data.
